What you see is before and after above.
This is the piece of the floor behind the rear
seat underneath the frame rail. We blasted the rust and cold galvinized it and plated over with another piece of 18 gauge.
The picture to the left shows the patch from the side before triming and bending.
All the pieces that were buried under the quarter panel and around the back that were blasted are now acid etched then painted with epoxy primer.
This picture shows how close the reprodution rails don't come to the shock crossmember. This was the spacing on both sides with the front and the rear set correctly. I believe the rail was incorrectly bent.
This picture shows the lines set up under the car on both sides to gauge the rail placement before welding
